I'd wish they'd look at these forums and statistics in game about how it just doesn't work out and this became maybe 'the' worst kyra's event up till now. Personally I would love this event if they brought back the boxes and maybe added some good prizes with throwing out some crappy ones but not all and also reduce the amount of catalysts from boxes. I just want them back as a somewhat viable method along with dungeons maybe dropping increased amounts based on difficulty.

I would love to think that maybe it is just my horrible RNG. But many guild members and friends have been having similar luck. A few got lucky and ended up with 4-7 catalysts by using up every dungeon entry possible on their character including hard mode( elite members, so double entries). But most were like me and ended up with none or less than 2-3.

I am tempted to see if it is better tomorrow, but I am too burnt out to try it again for such little effort. So I just plan to play and run a few things that I would normally do. If I get catalysts, great. If not, well I am not really expecting or trying to.

I have been here since the first beta. Been playing almost every day except holiday or when I am in the hospital ( health reasons ). I have to say, this is the worst event in the history of the game. I usually love Kyra's, and look forward to all events. But no event has had so much RNG and left out so much of it's player base. It rewards those who use real life funds. But for most of us, it is like rolling a dice. We can put in the same amount of time and work into running dungeons and get nothing. Yet another player can get lucky and get tons. To me, events like that are discouraging. It should be equal for everyone. Leave the RNG to the prizes, and not to earning the catalysts.

I love tera, but this event is not well thought out.

in the past i remember than hard mode drop like 4 or 5 catalyst, even 2 is not worth

eme should let you start a poll post for these kind of issues so they can see how many players on forum are for an idea of against.
im personally not going to think about this event, when i notice i have 5 catalysts i'll use them.

I cant believe spacecatz hasn't come in here and just admitted this was a big joke and actually fixed something to make it better but instead he comes in says "sorry guys people saved up catalyst and it made it impossible to have the event be fun this time, don't worry though next time will be better!" Well guess what spacecatz people are getting tired of getting treated like [filtered] just cause a small population decided to keep catalyst and if you keep losing people cause of [filtered] events and horrible treatment there might not be a need for a next time cause they game has no players and whats the point then? We already see the massive loss of players and everyone is feeling it except MT and TR with majority of the servers asking and pleading for a server merge and you guys keep preventing fun aspects of events making the events themselves horrible and grind happy to the max, and even better you flat out skipping events and content that could be fun and entertaining just because.

Things like Easter event which people were hoping and excited to see only to be told nope go away its not happening, and rootstock which really should have been out to give us something to do but nope instead bamarama or whatever which is just done and boring now. Then take time releasing events like festival of the sun which comes out next week which is awesome since its something to do that isn't JUST DUNGEONS 24/7, there is no reason at all that Tera has literally become Dungeons Online because you guys cant come up with any other aspect in the game to event think about doing. Better get that player counsel on the idea board right away cause its needed like 6-12 months ago

It should NOT take 7-10+ Kyra events just to balance the dam event out its pathetic you guys cant get anywhere between every catalyst on earth and spamming dungeons all day for scraps, there has to be middle ground somewhere come the [filtered] on.
