So if I purchase one of these at my low level will the look remain as I get better gear or can I remove the skin for the new gear? Or when I gain a level and better gear am I basically out of luck? Also when are the prismatronic or cathodyne weapon skins coming back? Any idea on when they may rotate back in the cash shop?

    Weapon skins and costumes go in a different tab separated from your equipment. They also override the appearance of your equipment as long as you have them equipped. If you open your profile in-game, P by default, you'll see the costuming tab. Also, the Prismatronic and Cathodyne come from loot boxes called Emulator and Retro for 150 EMP each. You can also buy the smartbox from other people/off the broker.
