Elleon deserves some facepalm moments sometimes but that is fine. Don't really hate anyone. The villainous characters anger me but that makes them good villains all the same.
The great Popori Peasyn ( All of His shenanigans were just greatly placed thought the story arc, stopped to read the quest text and it would really lighten the mood also "Snack first, then work" is basically my life philosophy. It's almost like he knew...
Zolyn (First edgy Elin. Peasyn winning her over really proved she wasn't so 2D with her tsunderity. I liked her alot
Elleon (legitimate badass)
Kaia (God of war and showed us exactly why)
Killian (everything about him is just great as a villain from his aesthetic to his personality)
Shandra manaya ( The argon queen u guise. Also, wake up people, it's Anya)
The castanic banker who gets distracted by mirrors (Needs no explanation)

I've always loved the Teleport Master. RIP the best NPC this game ever had.
Having a bad day? This NPC don't care. You just wiped in a dungeon? This Elin just like, 'YOU LOOK LIKE YOU COULD WRESTLE A BASILISK!' The motivation. This NPC just always had your back. ; _ ;
Verikam - A character that for me still promises a lot for the future, the high elder of Highwatch is extremely interesting and his dialogues, although short, show a bit of sympathy but curiosity to almost everything surrounding him.
Dakuryon, the Magus Imperator - He is just awesome, it took me 2 runs with alts through FoAs storyline to realize that just after the Madat incident on Savage Reach, he was just intending to trick everyone involved. (Madat starts off by refering to you as guests or a welcome one, the moment when he starts saying "Another pest" or "You smell awful" is when Dakuryon shapeshifts into him, you can even sense it on his dialogue once you save him from the Guwangi Shaman shack, his dialogue turns very rushed and pissy once you save him, indicating, once again, that Dakuryon was on the works to trick you and your group)
Kaia, the Goddess of War - Epic character and design, she alone represents how badass the girls in TERA can be, and her humble figure of a female aman really fits her with the theme of Kaiator, shapeshifting into an Aman to represent their new adopted children, she has way more spotlight than Velik and shows herself as a powerful yet smart goddess. Glory to the Shieldmaiden!
Other than that, Fraya, Tamur, Muhrak, Thulsa, Killian, Shandra Manaya, Hasmina, Dougal, Rida and Elleon are my favorite NPCs.
