    I'm still waiting for my art after almost two months, that I already paid, sent you the money in-game via parcel (and if you didn't collect it, the mail was probably deleted by the game by now, and I'm not gonna pay again... but I still lost my money), and sent you PMs and screenshot of the payment via forum PM.

    I get that you updated your first post saying you have to take emergency comms at the moment but you -never- sent me a response back to let me know of it. You in fact stopped talking altogether to me from the moment I sent payment. You also ignored the message I sent you on your Tumblr, despite the fact that you still update it regularly.

    So, what's going on? Did you scum on me or?

    Spacecats himself, if necessary, can probably check through my forum PMs to verify that what I'm saying is true.

    A friend was able to get in contact with the artist regarding my issue, and the artist contacted me in-game via parcel post. We met up and he traded me my money back. I'd rather get the drawing, but I understand if they can't do it anymore, or don't want to. It's just a pity though, it's definitely gonna make me wary if in the future I want to commission from other people and they require payment first... I understand there are plenty of people that will follow through, but yeah...

    @Banim well I'm glad your friend managed to get ahold of them and at least you got your gold back. Kind of a bummer you waited around that long. As for other artists and their time frame. Best to just either ask or just look how long it usually takes for them to post commissions finished to get a estimated time-frame. But don't rush them! they have stuff going on just like the rest of us. Some might only do things on weekends, etc. find out. And their drawing your character! So you want it to come out as good as can be! Hope this helps a little
