[Bug?] Elite status bar unresponsive.

Anyone else having issue with their elite bar being unresponsive to right click 80% of the time?

Edit:

Primally the new Charm and Nostum + Crit power.

    I think it's an issue with the hit counter, try hitting a mob and moving it(If it's ontop of your Elite Bar for some reason like mine was), that fixed the issue for me.
