Vanguard BAMs
As a 412 Ninja, I'm new to tera..so I die alot to mobs that I guess are easy.
The teraliths on Isle of Dawn really [filtered] me off even If i Decoy, stun, iFrame I don't get motes to heal and the DoT is too strong for a class that can't heal
How would you go to kill them without dying to chain cc with the dot?

Try to Decoy - Chakra Thrust - Double Cut - Skyfall - CoS - 1k - Bomb - kunai or fire and repeat till the mob dies.
My ninja rotation is pure bad but i manage to kill IoD bams without dying.
Start by setting 15min for each high tier BAM, 10min for each mid tier BAM. Each time push harder and try to beat your time record.
I belive you are new to TERA & getting lvl65 without facing alot of difficult boss content. Can you show your weapon stats and your critical factor. Btw best way to kill Teraliths is start by hitting it's back, Teraliths will stand still for a moment after u land a hit.
With ilvl412, bring down a Teraliths around half minute is your goal.
^ I believe this will help you solve your problem. Always remember, rotation is the core. You must know your skills before you go out in the battlefield.
Weapon
9.3 Enraged
6.9 Behind
9.3 Enraged
2.0 Attack Speed
Focus Carving Bitter Savage Niveots
Chest has 12% Double Cut dmg
4x Fine Hardy Niveout
Gloves Crit 9 / Attack Speed 2.25/ Healing 6%
Jewellery still Cutter set, working on shadetop tokens for shadowvain
4x Keen Vyrks
For Glyphs, I was using Essential Mana's PvE Ninja guide for Double Cut
While doing dungeons, I dislike timescape as no one is willing to actually teach me.
I "farm" Abcess normal and channelworks for t8 feed to convert to t9
FI is still a learning curve for me
I don't dare attempt other dungeons as I don't wanna be "trap" for the other players.
Edit: Sorry, I meant the Hydraths(Lv 69) are the problem(tentacle guys)
Still confused how you are struggling with a Ninja though. If it's still an issue try finding someone with a Priest online to give you buffs, about all the advice I can honestly give.
You probably just need to feel more comfortable and have a bit more confidence. How you feel and think of yourself and your class actually impacts how well or poorly you'll play. Try to feel better about these various situations and just try your best, especially when it comes to dungeons. Only let the tools you have limit yourself if there ever is going to be something, and not you.
My rotation for IoD on ninja is chakra thrust, jagged path (because of powerlink glyph that gives me +10% damage for 3 seconds on anything I throw next) then decoy, powerlinked double cut, powerlinked skyfall and circle of steel. Here I use combo attack (your normal attack) a few times to kill the CDs of the skills I just used. If I derp or the boss turns fast, I use either thousand cuts or the bomb evade (always forget the name. blergh!)
Another tip. Since you are starting up, try to fight the bams sitting on the flatter places. Avoid rougher surfaces as those will put you at a disadvantage.
