Today my launcher TERA decided not to open, it is giving the error Progress 0% and appears not part of log. I have done everything but the situation has not changed. I need you guys please help, I want to play again, I am DESPERATE.

    Well i could recommend the repair tool if you can reach that on the launcher, or running it as admin. Im not very familiar with the issue im afraid. I would hope a GM could assist you soon!

    In this case, the option to repair not appear, already researched about this problem but none of the solutions that have not worked, but I do not know what to do!

    Try sending in a ticket with more details/screenshots.

    And here I would like to suggest to one of the Council members or every one of them to compile a Launcher not Working thread with a semi-detailed description and solution to each and every step etc (with CS help or something), so we can just refer those who have such problems to that post.
