Okay, so I've had horrible luck on both TERA and WoW when it comes to finding guilds, and I'm hoping by trying something new and posting on the forum for a guild will help me find a nice guild for a change.
I'm looking for a relaxed, welcoming, and talkative(in-game, not voice chat) guild. I can't use voice chat much atm because of my small data cap and my living situation, but even when i could use voice-chat whenever I wanted it wasn't really my thing. I'm shy, and talking in-game is not only easier but more enjoyable for me than loitering in a voice-chat lobby with a dead in-game g-chat.
Also, every guild says they're relaxed and welcoming in their advertisement but then you join and find out that people are super elitist and that the guild is cliqueish as hell......where the most active people only talk to their circle of friends and either don't try to include new members or actively exclude/ignore new members. I hate that kind of HS behavior and would like to avoid running into it again.
Finally, more important than ANYTHING is finding a guild that's MATURE. And when I say Mature I don't mean sexual af or "fresh"........i mean grown adults who ACT THEIR AGE, wanna have fun, but don't feel the need to act like immature horny teenagers in g-chat.
I know, I sound like no fun to most, and I don't wanna come off that way.......I'm nerdy, corny, and love to have fun, I just can't deal with kids in MMOs anymore, or adults who get online and like to act as if they're attention-starved teenagers. I just want some funny, chill, and friendly people, who loving gaming and just happen to be mature and capable of typing in g-chat.
I really hope to hear back from someone, I would love to find (or help build) a new home on TERA....

You're more than welcome to join my small group of friends. We don't really go by a guild, but we play together regularly and talk daily. Although we use discord, however, we are capable of using chat to talk to you if you would like to run dungeons with us when you're available. Two of us are available through most of the day with others being around during evenings, so it would depend on your time zone and schedule.
I think best to gauge your own skill level in this game and find an appropriate guild by checking out crusade rankings. In my opinion, the stronger the guild in terms of gear/skill level, the more activity you will find. It depends on who you are as a player and where you want to go. Good luck guild hunting and if nothing works you can just start your own with someone with similar interests.
