How to Unlock Bathysmal Rise

So I can't find it on my instance matching list, i've completed all the main quests, and i know it's located in Ex Prima, i've looked all around to see if i could just teleport into the instance and i can't find it anywhere. It's like the phantom of dungeons for me and i need my Ambit gear to do anything higher level than what i'm already at right now. I've looked online to see how to unlock it and all anyone posts is the same regurgitated stuff on how to beat the bosses. I can't even get to the damn dungeon let alone actually have to worry about beating the bosses. How do i unlock it or is it a glitch that i can't find this ting?

    Ambit? Just do the island of dawn quest line for full Dread gear. BR may have been removed also.

    Bathysmal Rise has been removed since last patch. Ambit gear is outdated and unattainable now, but this patch's equivalent would be Dreadnaught set.

    You are probably looking at an old guide or something because as pointed out BR was removed and Ambit gear has been outdated for a really long time. This guide is up to date:
