dude best way is to go around the rng altogether. grind gold, its super easy . then when you get to how much you need just buy the weap/armor already awakened. if you grind enough gold you can buy one fully ench'd, etched, and perfect rolls. much easier to do then dealing with frustrating rng.

additionally, if players were more active in boycotting/subverting rng systems , devs would have to add in some systems to keep the rng in check or remove it completely. pretty simple , devs want your money, as such , they will do whatever the players want to get it. only if you force em to tho, they wont actually do their jobs unless ya force em .

i feel as though there is a hash seed that is generated that determines your toons chances to do things in game and each reset of the day, this changes. if you are having bad luck one day, don't keep doing it, wait a day or two and do other pieces of armor or dungeon runs or what have you.

that being said, yesterday i got my sf weapon from built to +9 to MW to +12 to +13 without much hassle. then i did about 5 awaken enchantments with MWA or premium and all fails, no +14 for me yet.

Interesting. I think you're going the right direction with RNG, but that's not quite it :) There's a bit more to it.
