Noone wants free stuff handed to them, but these are useless in their current form, and further application would be nice. Like how you can combine useless Niveots or Cruxes into a new one.
Heck, sell the transformation box for EMP and in the Pvp shop like dyads... just make it available.

Why do you need +12 if you can get +16?
And, from what I see in this topic, people are asking for a) cash shop way to get it and b) way to get it without RNG. Oh, and they are specifically saying they don't want it "handed" to them. What they are asking for already exists in the game so I think your train got derailed.
maybe since elite get twice the entries its a slightly lower rate?
1. Getting a few thousand while personally even after playing every day I need 66k to reach the next tier does not jump me to tier 8 magically. These are not candy, getting tier 8 is still unobtainable for many.
2. Because I can't afford the +16? I would be happy with an affordable +12.
You say we can already get them through EMP and free methods, which is true.
I say the problem is with the quantity which is cause by the acquisiton methods we have are badly designed... you are trying to tell us that paying for horrid rng or paying to get into tier 8 or paying with my life to farm out a single innerwear box with bad rng from ghillie is an okay state.
Welcome to reality where it is sooo not okay that the innerwear market is basically non-existing because every other box is worth more to open, because you do not get back your investment even if you open a lot, because noone wants to buy a +12 innerwear for 120k, and the chances to get a crap is too high.
It being available in the high! tier reward emporium does not help as the turnover rate for the +16 is slow... and the sorry drop from goldfinger is no way enough to supply the demand.
If seeing and endurance or HP or MP or Power innerwear on a DPS or Tank would satisfy the community it would be okay. But the demand for the Crit innerwear is sky high compared to the rest. Bad game design? Maybe, but that doesn't change the fact that what we have now is not okay. Not enough, which is proven by the market and player base... because there is noone selling?
Make it available to choose from the different innerwear loot boxes from the goldfinger token store (everyone will buy the crit one until prices equilibrate).
Put +12 crit innerwear to tier 6.
Lower the price of Innerwear loot boxes.
Introduce the innerwear combination box to get rid of the lot of green Endurance, HP and MP replenishment innerwears and white innerwears. There are countless ways to make it balanced again.
I've spent at least $60 trying to get crit inner armor and the best i've gotten was a green set. I could have sold the boxes themselves and just bought the armor off the market ffs. Luckily on CH there are a few sets for sale, though their like 300k
I never said it was an "ok state", I said it's what people in this topic are predominantly asking for: a non-RNg, possibly cash shop related way of getting the crit panties.
I don't think you actually understand WHY the market has dried up. It has nothing to do with t8 being too high, it has nothing to do with the drop rate from the boxes being too low. It's all about WHERE the tokens come from. Do you remember the panty market back when GG dropped gold and Vault was sort of worth doing? Do you think it's a coincidence that the market dried up after the rewards from both those instances were nerfed? *makes train sounds*
It was not just Ghillie, but DS too. That doesn't change the fact that it is still crap.
Sorry the "available from the emporium" or "what they are asking for already exists in the game" doesn't necesserily take you to old ghillie days
Think about it. You do some GG runs, bank your tokens, inners for everyone at a more frequent rate. This is turn drives the market price down (hopefully) since the supply will better match the demand. Et cetera, et cetera.
As everyone pointed out, the price is high because: gold inflation, people don't do GG anymore as used to be AND we just had the ninja release where a lot of people bought the innerwear reducing the supply
Those inner or elite scroll on broker are other spend their money to open the box/cash shop...
Let ask this... why they need to open the box sell it for a low price while YOU DONT WANT OPEN IT/SPEND YOUR MONEY/TIME?
