    Nvm, Doing a tracert and talking with a friend seems to be East coast(north east possibly) comcast issue.

    not sure if its related but for around 5 minutes I was trying to que up for some dungeons but it kept giving me some error message about "Server connection lost, cannot que at this time"

    and before anyone asks the million dollar stupid question no I didn't have dropout status.
