Slaughter chest armor now decreases damage from all, not just monsters.

    No because conflate chest basically got the same buff. Get conflate :]

    Conflate flat defense is also ... 500 ish below +15 IMPERATOR.
    It's pretty handy even for PVE since your flat is so high, you can facetank a bash from imperator and you wont die lol.

    Plus, with slaughter being nerfed, your conflate body armor naturally became even more resistant to pvp damage

    It's missing 6 endurance and the 6% damage roll. It's suboptimal.
