Support says to post bugs on the forum

This is brilliant. You cant put in a bug using the support ticket, and it tells you to come here. There's no bug forum in the list,a nd it says to submit a ticket. Bet they save a lot on CS that way.

All the same, since last patch, I can no longer access the welcome message, or the store using WIn XP, or my windows 2003 (Win XP 64) machines.

I have to hope that you wouldn't deliberately cut people off from the store, so I am assuming it is a bug, since it isnt in the notes.

Pretty annoying since I just started playing two weeks ago :(

It, most likely, wasn't changed from the old forums. On the old forums, you could post your bugs.
Go ahead and submit the ticket.

I did (in spite of the fact that when I got the button, it refused to allow a bug report, so I had to lie to it). I just thought it was a bit silly that they hadn't fixed it. I also think it is better to additionally have a forum spot for bugs so that people can home in on what's going on, share advice, etc.

Apparently Tera is no longer supported on XP, nor anything older than 7.

As a note from that page:
*Windows XP (32-bit / 64-bit) is no longer supported, as the operating system is no longer supported by Microsoft. Technical issues encountered by users on Windows XP may not have an available resolution.
