Manglemore balloon/bomb mechanic glitch

edited July 2016 in PvE Discussion
K so I was on my ninja today playing 2x manglemire and this glitch kept happening to me. Just when the balloon/bomb mech starts, I get stunned, meaning I am supposed to be the balloon guy, but no, some other pt member becomes a moving balloon guy and I'm stunned there with a bomb on my head unable to do anything, resulting in me dying 3x in that manner when boss repeats that mech.
I'm guessing this is due to a desync error since I'm playing with 250 average ping, and since the balloon guy is always the closest to boss, the server must've thought I was the closest person for the first moment and stunned me, but in the next instant I am considered further away, making someone else the balloon guy who didn't get stunned.
If possible I would like this to be fixed, cos it's causing a lot of unnecessary deaths for me, and I'm sure it's the same for others experiencing the same glitch.

Edit: I was probably wrong about the balloon guy always being the closest person, but nonetheless it's still annoying how someone can get stunned and not be the balloon guy.

    1. if you are stunned and there is balloon on top of your head, then you are the true balloon guy.

    2. if another team member hits the boss, and there is still bomb on his/ her head, then this guy is the bomb and need to stay far away from the balloon guy and another team member or, people will die from bomb explosion.

    3. If you are the balloon guy and, your all members have hit the boss and No one has bomb on top of their head, then You are the bomb guy and everyone else have to stay far away from you.

    4. After balloon pops, anyone in circle will be stunned and share 250k HP together. Healer must do cleansing and healing after balloon. Healer should stay out of the balloon circle.

Nope dinners, there is a glitch like OP mentioned. Normally there's one or two bombs which makes complete sense: 1 person with the circle, and the other with the bomb, or just one with the circle.

However, sometimes you can in the glitch scenario is become a person who's unable to move, without the circle, and with a lethal bomb that kills you and everyone near you. The person with the circle is oddly still able to move, and this can occur in the situation that there's either one, or two bombs. It's essentially super annoying because the person with the circle is confused, the person with the bomb cannot move, and the person with the other bomb behaves as normally. It's rare, but it can happen; it's only happened to me once in my runs as of yet.
