Help? Authentication Service error/User Authentication failed
Hello! I am a new player, who just signed up today. Before I move on, I live in the United States, New York - - so I do not think it's a question of region.
I've been getting the User Authentication failed when trying to launch the game, which I find odd, as this is the first account I've ever made for En Masse. Not only that, but I cannot edit my nickname, or anything really under account settings on the actual website. Yes, I did verify my e-mail. I tried submitting a ticket, but got the Authentication Service error.. error.
Is this just an issue in general or...?

But I would say you should try to acccess your account from a different PC or first a different browser.
If your firewall blocks Tera, you also get exactly this message. Also if you use a proxy that blocks the Tera servers, it's the same.
Keep in mind that for some (older?) routers the Tera ports need to opened.

Thanks guys.
