Why did reset times change?(vanguard & dungeons)

today i was trying to get the weekly 15 vg quests for the reward, i did 8 before reset and reset time came and nothing..
it stayed at'0" ..
this si on both of my accounts.
so what's going on ? i already submitted a ticket and heard from other players they had problems as well.
on 2 accounts they did not reset for me.

    The 15 VG reward rests once a week, on Tuesdays. The daily VG reset time is 5AM Pacific time and 8 am Eastern time.

    Vanguard's are resetting at midnight PDT. So if your 'before reset' was after that, then rip.

    Also, ticket response it's like 5 days? So submitting one for 'today' dailies reset is futile.

    did they change the reset times since yesterday ? because yesterday they reset as per usual. katiecross.i know that. duh
    im reporting unusual activity not asking for the regular reset times.

    Some bug probably, its been like that since patch.

    Only vamguards though, the dungeons still reset at 5am.

    yeah id like an answer about it as well. if this is a new reset time it's terrible and done without an announcement.
    im logging off for today it messed up everything for me.

    Yeah, it's confusing me too

    reset for dg's and vg is supposed to be 5 am pdt. and elite 5pm.

    My weekly reset didn't reset on my main, also Exarch Race had several last hour changes cause of people being able to quest for the "8th"day of the week

    I'm still on 15/15 for the weekly too. The daily limit reset though.

    Translation roughly 1:30 to 2:00 AM for central(depending on where you live) and 3AM EST for us east coasters

    I'm waiting to see if the Vanguard reset gets fixed with today's maintenance. If not, we'll bring it to the GM's attention.

    i am very surprised that more players haven't noticed or complained about this yet. it's a huge issue and it's Tuesday now , no comment from eme in sight :(.
