Bug Priest (i think)

I play Tera 4 years and half year when i started my first class was healer but i quit it and play DD . But now i try priest again after many years but it seems i have a glitch.
When i give "Healing Immersion" the skill shows that go to player but they dont receive any heal like 90% of the time, i mean 0 HP. The skill just dont give any healing idk why.
Because i am kinda learning all over again this class, is there anyone that have this glitch to? It help me more then any skill to fail party's (and i had many) so is a must for me.
Do i send a ticket to support or what is wrong?

    well idk about that glitch but i do know it has a slow response time...

    Well i see a few times ppl really get healed by that skill but almost ALL the time the skill goes to player but dont heal anything like it dont exist.
    if no one have that, maybe is a glitch on my character.

    Yeah, maybe just spam the reset glyph and hope

    The only things I know that can cause the bug is either them dodging the heal or you moving out of range of them while casting it.

    I think that is true.
    some party's i heal until my mp bar get to zero ,if i stop 1 sec all party dies. I had some bad bad exp as healer so far and i had to move a lot.
    Thank you for answers and i will try to hold still while casting and see if that was the reason.

    I can see few problems here.

    1. Targets running too far - skill doesnt work same as debuffs etc
    2. Targets iframe it with evasive skills - most common when casted on ninja, they are pain in the [filtered] to heal.
    3. Targets knocked up in air/ multiple times - really hard to aim, heals refuse to work on them as well as lock ons.
    4. Immersion targets 2 players sometimes - split to 2 players (u see the animation hitting them, but only one of them "randomly" get the heal)
    5. Veeeery slow lock on on this skill, like really? Comparing to focus heal it takes like forever to cast.

    Are you using charms, e-stars, and manacharge? You shouldn't be running out of mana from healing, except possibly in 3s.

    Classes most likely to eat your immersion with an iframe and cause it to have no effect are warriors, slayers, and reapers, in my experience. When casting it drop it on the tank instead, or watch for those evasive classes to have just completed a dodge so you know they won't be dodging while you're casting it.
