Will there be a way to customize them in the near future?

Can't see the cooldowns on my skilsl when im running for my life in BG.

    u can add the cds to show up on top of ur skill bar.

    I just bought a llama mount for the mp/hp regen bonuses. Why wouldnt i ride it in BG?

    Get yourself a noble version of a non flying mount. If I remember, you can't even see cooldown notices while on a flying mount because cooldown notices only work on skills and actions that have a link currently displayed on screen, and flying mounts remove all your slotted skills while riding it.
