in this video saw skills like a surcer
and leasl, all sourcer skills are one hit ( only hailstrom gave multiples)
this skills look mutiple hits and have reset glyps,
seem like a new class with sourcer skills
im hope was video are for sourcer and no other "Casual" gender lock class only for elins -__-
But...it is Sorcerer.
When only 5 people can make a class perform at it's best, then I think there is a problem. Sure, some classes should be more difficult than others to give skilled players like you a challenge (they should also do more overall damage than the easier classes, as a reward to you for being skilled and having spent the time and effort to further improve it). But from a business standpoint, having a class that only 5 people in the game can master is something everyone else may avoid or at least feel bad about, and the the company will lose from people not wanting to pick the class they like because they have absolutely no hope of mastering it. Since, not everyone has the natural skill to play games properly. I know because I'm one of those non blessed.
Thing is, I wouldn't mind the sorc change making it a BIT easier to use. But just a bit. Nothing too breaking.
Also, EME cannot reject a class change. They are not the owners of the game even if they publish it here.
I really hope i am in the wrong on this, and the revamp works for all races.
Probably sample.
In pvp what changes is that you won't have a downtime for BoC during which is hard to peel, but with the Overchannel version of fireblast being slower it means you can't do that combo anymore. Other thing is that with Ice needle being so flashy it means people will see the fast sleep coming more easily now. Also it worries me that magma bomb is being replaced with that lightning bolt skill, which to me it might not look as fast as the current magma bomb with BoC. These changes hardly seem like they are making sorc extremely easy to play in pvp, unless we're missing something like knockdown effects on fireblast and arcane pulse or something like that.
In pve you will still need to do the exact same rotation to maximize dps, also having to know an extra one for using with Overchannel when it's available, which might be different since FB is slower with OC as we see in the video, so you will simply not have that downtime for BoC during which you throw a couple filler skills or recover mana (which you might still need to do if they don't lower mp costs by a lot).
In no way it looks to me like they are making it dumb easy to play like brawler or reaper, since positioning skills are the same, same iframes, same pve rotation, and in pvp (unless new stagger, kd and stun effects are added to skills) it will be very close to the same.
Also, stop being [filtered] and saying that they could make the changes only for elin sorcs, that makes no sense at all, there are no new animations involved in these changes, the way the elin moves is the same as always, only for Arcane pulse they changed the animation to the one that applies to mana syphon and all the lock on skills, maybe because currently AP shares the same anim with FB which lacks animations while moving and charging it.
I doubt they're stupid enough to lock the changes to elins only, if that happens the response might not be as good as they think (except for Japan, damned JP market) since it would be like making sorcerers an elin-only class; making a gerder/race locked class is very different than turning an old non-locked class into a locked one.
However, if they're actually planning to do such thing... maybe it's an indicator than other classes might see some kind of improvement/modification locked to their race, I don't know, maybe some aman-specific skill for lancers, a castanic-specific one for warriors... at this point we can pretty much expect anything from the dev team (not always good things, unfortunately).
Its like mystic animation rework except even more flashier animations
so is mean us sorceress will turn into cute elin ?
yes, I'm not against the race elin. I am against of convert one old class with a diversity of races in gender-locked , enough had with the brawler.
talking about skills, I'm seeing that the skill of warp barrier was removed ?, if that is the case , hopefully increase the defense to this class.
