the male swat ones look alright (except the amani because once again they butchered their feet).
Why can't they mix in some modest costumes with the slutty ones, I mean correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't the slutty ones be more work to make the more modest ones?

You'll probably get non-slutty female costumes as soon as us males get non-female locked classes.
Maybe those issues seem unrelated on first glance...
Well, the SWAT uniforms definitely cover a lot more than the police ones do, talking bout the female ones. The Police costumes look more like what a waitress would use in a men restaurant or bar, while the SWAT uniforms look like a ripoff of the Brawler outfit, but still totally not functional. By now i gave up on BHS ever making a functional costume for females.
The creativity left long time ago with the original TERA team.

Have a look at this example. You could unlawful annex half a country (e.g. crimea) and by putting up this costume, no one will bother.
(For those who don't know: This is Natalia Poklonskaya, who defended/justified the annexion of the Crimea. She's not really fit or in the position to do this, but her looks threw off the whole bad image of an annexion)
How come only cute grills are the only ones who get to annex territories... I wanna annex territories too...

Back to serious topic. I agree that female costumes shouldn't always be slutty. I guess maybe nobody read my comment above or maybe no one understood the implication... the reason BHS always comes up with slutty costumes for females is the same reason why BHS always releases female-locked classes... it's not fair to females who may want to play as modestly dressed females, nor is it fair to males who may occasionally want to play something other than a piece of digital eye candy.
Also... I want that sword for Slayer. More skinny long sword for my bishie slayer~
Hmm, isn't there armor somewhat similar to that in FC shop? Maybe not the sword and shield, but the armor looks familiar... will have to check again to see which set my lancer wears.
The image was just for the weapon, not the armor- both are in the game. Regardless, just about every metal armor, especially for males feels bulky.
Hmm... I have two male chars with metal armor (zerker and lancer)... but I haven't logged them in a while so can't really comment on that point. And I probably outfitted them both in bulky armor on purpose anyway, because "MORE METAL = MUCH STRONK!!!" My main is a male archer who usually wears his Rogue costume. It's one of the few male cash shop costumes that I like.
Gotta give my favorite male armor to the ninja ones.

My rogue archer looks cool tho. He's a pretty cool guy and doesn't afraid of anything.

So many times where the guy version of the costume looks legit and awesome, and the girl version looks like something labeled sexy at a Halloween store. You know, where everything has skimpy versions. Except we don't get the non skimpy versions. "Sexy Maid Costume" "Sexy Swat Costume" "Sexy Police Costume" "Sexy Marine Costume" "Sexy Soldier Costume" etc. >_> The list goes on and on.
