Catalyst Problem When Reaching Certain Levels

I am reaching the required milestones for the catalysts 40,45,50.. etc.

I just reached lvl50 and only got 1 catalyst when I should have gotten 3, please check this out, thank you!

    Yep. I'm leveling up a Berserker and have only received one per five levels since level 20.

    You guys are not alone with this issue. I have two level 65s and both only received 2 catalysts each. Two mailings of only one catalyst. Support claims I received the intended amount. I've proven my claim with screenshots on both and they claim i got them all. BS! I'm just gonna log in to get mail each day until this event is over. Just not worth filing more useless claims.     At least an honest reply from @Spacecats saying they know of the problem, but can't do anything about it or something, this is highly upsetting, and ignoring it is even more upsetting.

    What class were you leveling and on what server, and what specific level was giving the wrong amount? From what I've gleamed about how these events work, it seems to be separate by class, by server, and by level, so I'm wondering if it's just certain classes are messed up on certain servers.
