No Kyra's potion while leveling

I lvl my mystic today she is 25 lvl and i party with other mystic to lvl with also lvl 25 and he got 2 Kyra's potion and i got none.
Is a glitch ?

    MIne's been acting all weird lately, hit 60 on a toon and only got 1, hit 40 and 45 on another and only got 1 each as well. Support's been no help, as usual.

    Yes. same me + I also have problems with other characters Vanguard Quests dont reset and still no help from GM'S :(

    The level incentives only apply to one character per class per server per account. So if you already got the level 25 reward on Mystic A, you won't get it again on Mystic B on the same server. If they're on different servers or different accounts, it will work.

    P.S It was my very first character to level @counterpoint and still only got 1 catalyst when I reached level 50.

    That's a different issue, I think. If you get the wrong amount of catalysts, that's one thing. If you got absolutely no catalysts, I think it's explained by what I said above.

    Might put me down as well didn't get my 3 when I had hit 60 only got 1 and no I didn't lvl up any char sent the event came.

    Wait... does that also apply if you, say, leveled a slayer on the last Kyra event and then level another slayer on the same server for this event?

    Seems like a weird limitation. I could understand preventing people from just creating reapers every day or leveling ninjas from 1-25 over and over again, but what if you're just legitimately leveling two chars of the same class?

    It only applies within the scope of a given event. So, during the level rewards last time (when Ninja launched) the same limitation was in place for that set of reward. But it's reset for this new event.

    Ah okay. Well I guess that's reasonable... I doubt I'll be leveling more than one of the same class before this event ends. Still never got my catalysts for reaching level 55 on my ninja, but that was the first day of the event and things were buggy at the time so I'm not going to make a big deal of it.

    simply put, it's to stop people making multiple brawlers and power levelling them to 25 or so then rinse repeat.
