Soulbound Costumes Voucher

I was wondering if Eme could implement some ways to rebind costumes to other characters besides support. ( im not even sure eme support would rebind costumes to another alt of mine without real reasons) Like a Voucher that lets you rebind your costumes to other alts on the same account. You could add that in the Tikat-Bill shop or Emp Store for little money and maybe make it tradeable too. Especialy since a lot of people try out the new classes and bind expensive costumes on them just to quit that class in 1 month again and regretting the decision to soulbind those costumes to that character. ( my story and probably the story of many other people)

The current ticket support people can get is if they change the race/gender of a character and need changes of the outfits for the new race/gender. Support removes the old outfit and adds an appropriate version. Not sure what they do with costumes that the new race/gender can't use(like elin stuff), but I assume they would tell you. As for an actual voucher, it'd be nice, but I believe it's not something BHS or EME (one, the other, or both) see profitable. Apparently people would prefer to obtain another copy of the costume... or at least that's how the current system rolls.

lets just have all costumes Account Bound more fun for us but less profit for uhm tera :D
  • Maybe making free after missions in-game would be nice to implement.

For example. To liberate a costume:
    Special tokens from dungeons- quest.

I know many ppl are not using outdated costumes and for the other hand ppl trying to get those costumes. It could work for both. Recycling ftw
