FPS Issues on AMD R7 360

Hey, so I've bought a new GPU because my old one died and I'm experiencing severe FPS issues in specific dungeons ONLY and I can't seem to find the reason why. My FPS is barely scratching 10 during Prima & Vera boss fight in DFN as well as DFH, ABH last boss is pretty laggy at ~20 fps and the weirdest one is SSH imperator where my fps is single digit and gradually gets better the lower health the boss has. Keep in mind that my fps is way better in other areas and dungeons than I've had before and I've done optimizations too. It makes no sense that a newer and a higher tier gpu would perform so badly at these specific boss fights. My previous GPU was 550 Ti which the r7 360 blows out of the water, yet, I see no improvement in those boss fights and those boss fights ONLY. Does anyone with this specific gpu (or 260/260X) experience the same issues? Thanks.

    Tera is very CPU dependent though the GPU is still used for a few special effects like FXAA ambien occlusion and stuff like that. Sadly this game also doesn't like ATI cardd nor AMD CPUs as much for some reason(someone mentioned drivers as an issue). So in Tera's case, you pretty much downgraded.

    I have an R7 GPU as well. Only fps drops I've experienced were in Wonderholme.
