Mystics dropping motes in cities

Can you please do something about mystic that make lag in the city and some of us cant even teleport there because image freze???
They drop lots of motes and summon flower healing to freeze ppl in city so please do something about this.
I report ppl for this but i see no one care and if it is like this i can enter from 10 computers and make game crash and see if they like it.
there are some now on TR server in Spring Valley that freeze ppl there and make tons of lag .

    As far as i know, the current mechanism is to report them on the spot. If they are harassing more than one person, those impacted should also report. This gives more weight to the issue.

    I report all of the mystics there and tell them to stop and they say "change ch we do this for years" but i play Tera for 4 years and never seen this stupid ppl try to make game crash for others and no one from staff do anything about it.

    I understand th frustration of not seeing something done right then and there. But staff do hopefully take harassment seriously. Sure, these threads bring even more attention, and so long as no names are mentioned, I assume they can serve some purpose as another alert venue. So long as they are kept civil.

    Mystics usually stop when I tell them I'm reporting for spamming motes on NPCs. Others usually stop when I eat their motes.

    Since you did ask them to stop due to you experiencing freezing and they carried on and continued to do it, maybe they can give them a little warning.

    I like making piles of motes, because it's fun and pretty, but I've never done it on an NPC. It sucks that some do.

    You can click on an NPC to activate it. You don't have to press F. Motes near an NPC should never be a problem again with that information.
    As for lag issues, I don't even know man. My last PC was an overheating piece of garbage that got 9 FPS in bathysmal rise but I still never lagged because of mystic motes. Are you explicitly telling them that they're lagging you before you report them, or are you just reporting them and telling them to stop doing a thing? Maybe they aren't even aware it's an issue.

    I had a couple of Mystics start throwing candy all over the place while a friend and I were goofing around and dueling. While it is a little annoying it's also pretty funny. I never cease to be amazed at how people choose to occupy themselves, even if it is arbitrarily messing with another player. I think boredom may just bring out the worst in people. Sometimes ya just gotta laugh with them and move it along. And clicking on the NPC is a good way to beat the motes.
    I don't think reporting Mystic trolls is a good idea tho because it is going to clog up their resources to address serious problems that people are having. From what I read response times are already running a little behind than normal.

    I throw the motes on my alt mystic yes im admit but i dont do it next to npc i do it to past time when wait for some dg and stupid cs que to come up also you can always just click on the npc as well dont have to just press f.
    Also no reason to be report mystic just cause there throw motes around that just childen play eme wont do anything about that they have other thing to look at then troll.

    I eat everything on the ground. Motes, copper, useless charms, pleb campfires, zawahides, t3 alks, you name it, I'll eat it. I just wish I could eat the toy tanks, too.
