Unable to login from UK

Can't log in to the website from UK, tells me 'unable to reach servers' also the launcher gets stuck on progress and this window comes up.

    You are in the UK, which means that you shouldn't be able to play in the NA servers iirc. Play in the EU servers instead.

    There's never been a region ban everyone can play on the NA server. Why do you think I'm on NA, EU's company Gameforge are an awful provider. That's why everyone switched from EU to NA about a year and a 1/2 ago

    UK isn't region banned. Asia, Africa and Middle East are. I play from Croatia just fine. You can try contacting support but I heard response time is really slow these days

    I'm a UK player myself, I rather play here with 110-120 latency than EU with 30-40. Why? Too many reasons that anyone would agree with, although I can't state them since forums are overly strict these days. Just IMHO Enmasse Tera >>>>>>>>>>Gameforge Tera .

    Yea same problem here, from UK is well, and while we are in this issue did any of you guys have like lag spikes yesterday or even recently? Thanks and I hope it gets fixed soon

    Maybe there are network issues in your area. The pathways that data on the internet takes are sometimes painfully over-elaborate. Your data might have routed through a country that is region-banned on NA servers. The same way sending a an email within America can be routed through Europe and come back to America. Just a guess...

    Malrok posted this thread giving the recent status of the support team, and it looks like the current wait is about 5 days, but it's slowly improving after the Secrets & Shadows update which really gigantified their ticket count. They're doing their best to respond quickly!
