After a longer break i'll be back in tera with the next patch
the question is, since i want to change my race, does eme still changes the costumes to the current race im going to racechange?
is this still possible via ticket?

    Yes, it is still possible. There's an option when sending a ticket specifically for costume swaps for people who race change.

    Yes, but give it some time after sending in an appropriate ticket. Also leave the costumes you want changed IN your bank. Don't ask me why, because I don't have the appropriate answer. It's what a friend (who race changed a few times) told me to do when I did my race change. I was online when they did the change (a few days after submitting ticket). I got the changed costumes via parcel and the old costumes in the bank were removed.
