4 hours and nothing
4 hours since Mount tyrannas server started its problem, 4 hours and counting. im used to run alot of pve and pvp content on the weekend, but i already lost half of my day, its lunch time already and i didnt play. its not that im impatient,the problem is that in those 4 hours not a single GM or Mod of this forum came and said something to us. REALY frustrating.

This is true for a mon-fri 9-5 business model, but online games such as Tera is not. They have no excuse for the shotty customer service we have been getting for the past 6mo with the server outages and backlog of support tickets. They don't even need a high paid staff tech on site all weekend, just a trained monkey making a call if anything blows up.
