New Computer and Tera Launcher Problems *SOLVED*

Well, I finally got a new computer today after spending the past year with a horrible laptop that ran with about 10fps with settings all on zero.
I transferred all of my files (including all my Tera data) from my old laptop to the new computer. I read that to run Tera I would still have to redownload the launcher, which I did. However, even though all the files are there, after I log in to the launcher, it looks the same as the old launcher we used to have, and the "ads" if you will are for the release of Brawler and the sushi cat mounts -- so it's definitely an older version even though I downloaded it directly from the Tera site this morning. It also says 100% but "unable to download manifest", and finally, it won't let me select the repair option. Any help would be appreciated! I just hope there's a way to play Tera without downloading the entire game all over again, because I know that will take a loooong time.

Here's a picture of what I have right now when I try to pull up the launcher:

Edit: got this fixed but not sure if I can delete a thread so feel free to delete this, EME moderators!~

That launcher is like 4 iterations of launcher behind the current one. Try going to tools and fixing the game, otherwise, you might have to reinstall.
Getting a copy of someone else's up to date launcher might also work.

Just download the launcher off the website, and install it into the same location as your current install, it should work its magic from there.

    Run launcher as administrator.

Ayeeeee, got it working. Did a combination uninstalling launcher, then redownloading to a different location from where I originally downloaded it this morning, and ran it as admin. Thank you guys so much! Sorry I suck so much with computers ahaha.

Edit: Launcher is downloading/patching, apparently I have 8 hours left, gg. I think I [filtered] up the file transfer but honestly as long as I'm able to play at some point I'm happy.
