Reward Points from Stream promoted me 1 tier but didnt get Box Full of Reward Credits for lvl up

I followed Friday's stream,opened the codes and it promoted me to tier 3 from tier 2.However I recieved no Box full of reward credits.Is this normal?

    Correct me if i'm wrong but i believe tier 10 get that box of reward credits as i myself am close to tier 8 and have gotten no such box ever.

    From what I understood should be getting them each time you lvl up?

    @THEPG which code leveled you up? I followed the stream too and only got 7day stuffs and strongbox keys.
