Did they nerf the chance at Pure Titan's Fire?

Over the past 3 days, I've been trying to craft a few Pure Titan's fire and I'm getting no crits at all. A week ago when I tried, I crafted 12 Titan's fire and out of them 5 of them was a crit. But now I've tried 50 times in the past 3 days (Not exaggerating...I actually kept track) and none of them was a crit. I don't ever rem this being all that hard to crit but every single time I tried it was nothing...I feel like I'd have better chance at getting a crit from a Empowered/Quickcarve Brooch than I do with these..

I know that RNG is RNG but this feels way beyond just bad luck to fail 50 times..Is anyone else having any luck with this recently?

    I'm a bit frustrated with my results as well. When i wasn't a master, i got 1:4, 1:3 times... But today i tried to craft 12 titan fire, and got two crits only.
    Not like you, but yes it was my worst result.

    Tried to craft another 11 more after I started this thread and had 10 fails and finally crit once...So it took me 61 tries to get 1 Pure Titan's Fire which is really stupid...But happy I finally did get one, I was worried I was going to hit 100+ without seeing one...Just hopeing that was just a really really bad luck streak and for it to be over.

    Though if you also are experiencing a huge decrease in your results then it could of been something else than bad luck. Though I'm sure we just had bad luck and nothing to worry about, but if a lot more other people are reporting the same thing...then idk. I'll try to craft some more tomorrow and see if I go back to normal or at least see some results and post on here.

    Ah It's really hard to say. One time I crafted 24 titan ember and got 5 pure titan fires (was in previous patch). I thought that was super luck there. But recently I tried 124 titan ember and got only 1 pure titan fire.

    You were lucky that day, I hardly crit once in ten. (it's probably between 5 and 10% crit chance)
