I mean, for PvP, of course.
And, on another note: Do you think you could make a list of consumables that will still be usable after they destroy everything? Like, what about Divine Infusions, Sarberry Deliciousness, the %-based HP pots, canephoras etc?
I'm unsure about PvP. People say the back damage makes a huge difference, but looking at those base stat, the gap is pretty big based on their Base Attack values.
I think Stafall PvP would have
6% Flat / 6.9% Back / 6% PvP on Base along with 6% flat / 6.9% Back on bottom?
Conflate has
6% Flat / 20% PvP along with 6% flat / 6.9% bottom i think...
so the difference would be
18% vs 32% from front/side
31.8% vs. 38.9% from back
on top of that, conflate is 11% higher than starfall +15 by the base value. (21% when starfall is +2).
at this point, Conflate have very strong raw damage value.... But the problem is, I have no idea how PvP attack stat work.
@metagame
Tier 2's are Unique. I should probably note that huh.
The new PvP Jewelries are not unique though. So it's basically Conflate Jewelry upgrade.
@TWMagimay
You cannot use them. The tooltip (info panel, pop up, whatever it's called) says that "it is no longer used" and grayed out in your inventory. They are sold to NPC for 61s 90c.
I hoped to gain some info like these but it's incredibly difficult to gather. Funny thing is, they are tradeable so I can search on Broker, and there's already massive QQ about scams related to this.
Gotta roll it. It's additonal lines to "compensate" for lack of healer jewelry and nerfing Hyderad.
If they removed inferior choices out of the three on all stats, I would understand. but this is just telling KTERA players to pay real money for Semis.
Thank god Semis are cheap in NA. In KTERA, you just farm jewelries until you get perfect roll or use your +15 Mastercard.
oh no, More RnG!
TERA: The Elin's RNG Asylum
Even if it was just crit resist.
*sigh* They clearly put a lot of thought in it...
And another thing that popped up: In the Tokens page you say the Dawn tokens will become unusable. What about the Shade tokens(the ones we currently get)?
Every patch the previous vm is still relevant as long as it's +15. If you want your lance go for it.
good question which I've forgotten.
Basically there are three types of IoD tokens:
Dawn series: Underdawn, Dawnfall, Dawnstorm ( called low/ mid/ high-tier Dawn Essence in KTERA)
Shade series: Undershade, Shadetop, Shadecore ( called low/ mid/ high-tier Arborean Essence in KTERA)
??? series (called low/ mid/ high-tier Dawn crystals in KTERA)
This new series basically use the old Dawn series skins, and replaces Dawn series with that dull crystal looking thing. So...
Dawn series become unsuable
Shade series get renamed to "(Old) Shade" series, still usable
??? series are basically Dawn series' skin with Shade series' former name with new items in the token shop.
tl;dr , BHS got lazy.
@Zoknahal
Imp +15 Lance is very relevant. I don't think it's much of an upgrade to VM8 for Lancer's Weapon IMO. but min-max wise, upgrading would be a must in this case.
As for Starfall +15, people are saying there's no need for rush. They are still viable and equally good for now. The jump from SF +15 to Lilith is about 10% base attack, but i'm not sure how much of a difference it makes for 4th line from SF compared to 10% boost from Lilith in this case. From what I'm hearing, Imp is easier to farm like Starfall in NA's current patch so I wouldn't worry too much-- except, i havent found info on Imp design this patch. SSHM and SCHM dropped designs for VM8 but I've yet to get info on Imp design in this patch. Then again, in KTERA they're dirt cheap on broker.
I'd say that Starfall is viable as of now, but I'm not sure if they'd have same problem like lucid in the upcoming dungeons. You can get Lilith gear easily in Lilith's Castle NM and SSNM (this time, they separated gear drops in two dungeons.) just like Slaughter in DFNM
