+3 Masterwork?

When on the way to +3 Masterwork, for example, if you're +2MW can you go down back to +1 when you are rerolling for +3?

    If you mean 1-3% Masterwork Bonus, then yes. The percentage is completely random every time you reroll.

    When re-rolling something using MES and it's variants, not only do you roll lines, but also base stats get rolled between one of three values. This happens at (joy) random, and is the so called 1% to 3% MW bonus.

    Here's an example masterwork bonus calculator. Input your current base stat and the calculator will tell you if you have 1%,2% or 3% bonus.
