This game has the worst server transfer system I've ever seen
You have no account transfer system at all, meaning you have to do it manually on each character in a game which encourages you to have large numbers and you have huge amounts of restrictions which block transfers even then.
It's preferable to just quit the game or never return if you don't like your current server.
How can you not see this as being an issue that needs to be addressed? I can't believe that you still have not added account transfers and eased the stupid restrictions, it's like you don't understand the mentality of an mmo player at all.
Even nocternum infusions can stop a transfer, I mean really? the desire to return - the massive hassle you put us through to change server = nope

When I changed my bank irl the fact they made it easy was a major reason I went through with it, on this game the fact I have to drop items and manually swap all my characters as well as trying to empty my bank slots to transfer that over is a massive hassle that takes a lot of time and effort.
all in all, it takes far less effort than rerolling on the server you want to transfer to.
It takes far less hassle than rerolling? That's not the point. As someone that was considering returning this hassle is putting me off completely, I've dropped all the items it told me can't be transfered and it's still giving errors.
Stupid as hell, I've put off returning and transferring for months because it's a huge pain and it still is. I'm moments away from giving up again and not bothering, been trying for the last 30 mins.
Eh, I give up. Not wasting all day messing with this nonsense. Back to ESO, maybe I'll try again in 6 months and see if you sorted yourselves out by then. Stop putting hurdles in the way of people who would consider returning already EME..
Regular noctenium infusions are fine to be transferred. But if you have "Alliance Noctenium Infusions" then you won't be able to transfer until you bank/discard it.
Here is a link to the items that will prevent you from transferring a character - http://support.enmasse.com/tera/server-transfer-known-issues#SomeItems - Remember you can only bring 50k gold in your inventory. If you have more, you can buy gems and then resell them to merchant/broker when you finish your server transfer
