Okay, so I opened steam and went to log on to Tera as usual, but I noticed it was not moving from 0% on progress.

Decided it was probably steam, went and opened the launcher individually. Got this message:
500 Internal Server Error

If you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application's log file and/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.

Anyone else having this issue? How to fix??

    Maintenance has begun. ETA 3 hours.
    Two servers are down, they are testing stuff. Do something else.

    We are certainly not the only ones. http://tera.enmasse.com/server-status says that Ascension Valley, Highwatch, and Valley of Titans are all down.

    If it was maintenance one would think we could get past the launcher... but who am I to question.

    There was a maintenance, and now even though most servers should be up, the launcher isn't working. My guildies and myself have the same issue as well.
    Edit: I'm guessing that the maintenance isn't done yet, because most servers are down again.

    Well, 3 servers are up. Which means that 3 servers should be accessible. I understand server maint, but not even being able to play on the servers that are up due to issues with the launcher is somewhat... frustrating.

    Maintenance started 1.5h ago,it was supposed to last 3h so theres nothing strange that u cant log in.

    This just in, the maintenance should be done by 9:00am pacific if all goes smoothly.

    If i had to guess they brought the game servers up to test some things,but let the log in server stay down so ppl wont log into the game.

    Yeah I noticed that too.
    It's best to just leave the PC for a bit and *groans* be productive and get out or something. I'll be checking back at noon, glhf and enjoy the wait.
