I just hit Level 65 and was on Velika and talked to Meruma (Hands of Velika Milliner) vendor, and picked up his set quests:

Eldritch Leather
Perfectly Spherical Fruit
Leadership Plume
Innerlid Leather
Soft Fey Hair
Stiff Cowhide
Cyasma-Infused Leather
Chebikan Cotton
Popori Moppet
Vale Starling Egg
Downy Struthio Feather
Fire-Kissed Ruby
I looked everywhere and can't find any info on these items even Tera-wiki has little to no info much less HOW to find them any help would be greatly appreciated.....
