Cannot Launch Game Through Steam

Hey all,

I sold a couple knives from CS:GO and wanted to use the cash to buy some EMP through Steam wallet. However, when I launch Tera through Steam I never get to log in and and the play button is greyed out.

Is the Steam version no longer supported or something? Or is there a fix for the grey play button?

    Oh, I didn't realize they were down and didn't think to check since its Wednesday. I also didn't bother to read any other threads on the forum first, sorry. But thanks for the reply!

    Hey, its not maint that is the issue. It's not just through steam. A moderator literally said they should be up and working but it seems none of us can launch still.

    Speaking with another department, apparently the Maintenance finished a lot faster than expected, so all the Servers have been brought back Online, but there will still be some additional back-end work being done, and some of our players may still experience intermittent issues with the Launcher.

    If you do still see the 500 Internal Server Error, feel free to try to just restart the TERA Launcher, and see if you're able to login and press the "Play" button.
