    You cannot gank a LV 65 player unless they are naked.
    Player killing is unlikely if you cannot evade, switch channels, unstuck threw typing in chat, or gathering. In any case, I've been on MT, and I never once got killed for doing my own thing, even in public areas at low levels, like Highwatch Outskirts, Velika Outskirts, etc.

    If this is the case, why isn't it a normal PvE server as there's more players already in Highwatch? If they really wanted PvP there's still, as others have said, Duels, deathmatches, and battlegrounds.

    It's not a normal PVE server because, as I already said, they're adding a feature. It's a feature. If they change it to a PVE server they are removing a feature. No one is making you PVP.

    PKs and random ganks while gathering....when? Have you played on a PVP server post-TAR? No one cares if you want to gather your 30 Engine Pieces to help Paesyn. And if they did you can always...change channels! A very nice function added recently to TERA Online.

    I wasn't implying it was necessarily your fault, but there are definitely always ways to avoid PVP. It's so easy to just not be on Channel 1 but this is apparently more inconvenient than the inconvenience that comes with low server population I guess!

On MT, there are top PVE guilds that perform solely in that aspect of Tera and rarely do PVP. The only aspects affected are open world pvp really and they planned on making it open at level 65.

    It would be like saying you can't merge a roleplay server like CH with a PVE server because they are too different from each other. There are always people who perform in their own respective ways. Why should it be different here?

On MT, there are top PVE guilds that perform solely in that aspect of Tera and rarely do PVP. The only aspects affected are open world pvp really and they planned on making it open at level 65.

    God, this. I really have to ask, from one PvE player to the rest of you not wanting the merger, what are you doing in your daily routine in tera, that would expose you to pvp? Detail it for me.

This so called feature that is nearly the opposite of what the players expected by playing on a pve server. Also people pk from time to time, yes its rare but its still not what people on a pve server signed up for.

    I'm not saying you asked for it, but we certainly didn't ask for it to be removed. It's not inconvenient for them to add it because you are not forced to use it at any point. You are not forced under the Outlaw penalty, they are already giving us a watered down version that only works at max level, and even then avoiding PVP is ridiculously easy.

    So instead you believe we should compromise the entirety of Lake of Tears and Valley of Titans, as well as keep the future of Highwatch uncertain? You literally are saying "we can't guarantee that everyone will be happy, so let's make no one happy." Why must their enjoyment be compromised? It doesn't have to be. Changing channels is something everyone has suggested multiple times, it's so easy to explore, to do dailies, and just not be on channel 1. The chances of you finding another PERSON on Ch2 let alone an Outlaw on Ch2 is unlikely even on Mount Tyrannas.

    A rare PK versus a server that has potential to be populated...is this a joke....

    More people will quit without this merge from all 3 servers.

    As someone who plays on multiple servers but, mains on Highwatch, I'd rather just have the two PvP servers merge and leave us out of it.
    Our server may not be the most populated but, I personally think it is the perfect size.

    Along with that, the PvP at 65 may be a cool idea but, even at 65, some of us want to go achievement hunting or exploring without getting our butts kicked by a group of full +15 VM people. As many of my friends, and my sister, tend to be casual players, I am very worried that being forced into PvP at 65 would scare them away. Now, if there was an option to turn the PvP off.......
    Personally, I love PvP but, I also like keeping my friends.

    Edit: I do also have a character on LoT too.

    I wouldnt be surprised honestly because after seeing this thread and how ppl react to the label "PvP" i guess ppl over react a lot. Maybe enough to quit the game after getting killed once after being salty.
    Saying that the OW PvP wont affect the majority of the ppl is a fact.
    There is nothing to be said about this really.
    The thing is
    Would you be surprised if someone told you that ppl are quitting the game because their server is literally dead and they cant/dont want to pay for a server transfer?
    Which one of the "surprises" seems more logical and which one do you think that should be fixed first?
    This is the point of the HW server being here.

    The problem with that is that players are still at the mercy of the outlaw system if your are max level anybody can kill you when your trying to do your own thing, and if they do, sure you can change channel but you've already been inconvenienced which takes away from enjoying the game. As for who should be compromised, well that is up to eme but I would hope its as few people as possible, but I believe there is a reason that there are two pvp servers up for a merge and only one pve. With all that being said they should let the pve players switch to a pve server and you should never have to pvp regardless of where you are, if its not what you want to do in your game time.

    Servers don't have that many people to ACTUALLY BE ENJOYABLE. Let the 3 servers merge and done. Let EVERYONE enjoy the game. Highwatch needs population, VoT needs population, LoT needs population.
