    Them not finding you? The "casually encountering me" is the difficult part on their end. Tera is massive, and the chance of one person finding you in an obscure achievement hunting location is slim, especially with multiple channels.

    Even if they did find you, personally I find it more annoying if they camped the mob just to irritate me because there'd be no way to get rid of him. I imagine 30 mobs was incredibly annoying for PvE servers when there were only a few channels.

    Together there would be a fairly sizable group. The biggest problem is lack of enough people to easily form parties, so increasing the pool will help that, and this will in turn help people practice and improve their skills. And, I think a PvP-65 server has the potential to attract some new people on an on-going basis, particularly if it becomes the recommended server and EME can offer some incentives. It's at least a good chance to bring stability potential for the server. Of course, it also depends on BHS to keep interest in the game up, but that's a factor regardless.

    Except, people don't actually do this. Same, what's to stop people from casually kicking me from dungeons just cuz of 1 bad run? Feels as if pve players are glorifying themselves as bigger than pvp players, when pve players also have crappy attitudes. Not saying it is all pve players, but that also applies to pvp players. Not all pvp players actually spend their time killing others zzzz

    Cuz it's 3x the people that know how to do it. So if it's 20 per server, it would be 60 on this one big server (this is just purely for representation). Would you rather remain with your 20? We can't have it all. Why are we honestly considering this as a bad option, when in the long run it'll benefit everyone.


    HAS ANYONE THOUGHT ABOUT THE BENEFITS THO
    1- BROKER: More items, more availability, better prices, MORE FOR EVERYONE.
    2- POPULATION: More players to interact with, more people to run with, more people for everything
    3- LFG: More runs available to the general public
    4- ACTIVITY: More events, more attention (instead of "oh it's the populated servers that get attention")

    Then you're running with the wrong type of people in the first place.. That type of thing doesn't really happen on PvP servers. The only time you will get targeted is if you are constantly [filtered] talking or are just annoying a lot of people. Make friends with the right people and you can avoid that problem, easily.

    I forsee answers/replies to be something akin to: "But Sae, it's only a low chance! Just shut up, quit whining, and just take it." lul.

    It really is a low chance. It is a waste of time for someone to go look for you when you could be in 1 of 10 channels in the world of tera. Someone would have to spill the beans on your location for you to be harassed, and if that happens you have other problems to deal with.

  • So these comments are getting lost in the whining and bickering of HW players not wanting PvP but what happens to players that have more than the max allotment of characters (which is currently 16) between all three servers? I currently have 16 on LoT, 9 on HW and 1 on VoT. Are they gonna be grandfathered and given special circumstances to keep all their characters on this new server? Or are you going to make them delete some of their characters? If that's the case what are you going to do about them having to delete their characters? I've spent a lot of time and money and both gear and costumes. Grandfather them or give us special item that un-soulbinds EVERYTHING (gear and costumes, mounts and pets) from the amount of characters we go over the allotted space by. I'd like to hear a GM address this issue sooner than later.
