It's been a while but what really sealed my move to NA were quality of life items. They are readily available and easily obtainable on NA(even if you didn't get to sell massive amounts of quils) while barely there and extremely expensive on EU. When Totes released, for example, I'd been playing EU Tera for about 2 years. I couldn't comfortably afford one as they were pure RNG and going for 150-200k each. When Felicity released, the same thing happened with it as well. I started playing on NA a few months later and got a Felicity within the first month. Elite boosts used to be 2x1h rep while NA had the 24h buff, spellbind was something a f2p player(who didn't do quil selling or broker games) didn't even think of as an option. During KN20 we used to not play a char to preserve CCB. Char slots past the 8th were a different and more expensive item. GG dropped VG4 mats(the ss hm trade-able item). You get the idea. Now, maybe it's changed...though I think they have VM gear in the p2w shop...so, I wouldn't count on EU being a nice place to be 100% f2p.

And, yes, sometimes EU gets "better" events with a pure p2w reward behind a massive RNg wall and they tend to have more Roostock time per year(which I'm not entirely sure is a good thing for f2p players as it floods the market with foods, drops the price and makes one of the few perfectly free consumables cheaper, reducing the f2p profit). Oh, and, don't forget, EU doesn't allow multiple accounts.

But the vanguard credit method makes it much more labor-intensive (costly) to enter compared to NA, which is all but given away. So that's why the rewards are different. They could not give the same rewards in NA given the low barrier to entry. It's just a different balance overall.

In Tera EU, as far as i know :

SSHM : 36 mwa. 20 FS9, 20 FS10
SSNM/ABHM : 28 mwa. 20 FS 9/10.

GG brings about 3k-3.5k profits if you sell drops.

IoD Bam is 2x credits and fast too with 100% keen motes drop.
Etching 3 permanent price : 70-80k.

CCB in EU can be bought with a special token, which drops from all dungeons. Can also be sold/bought on broker for 1k gold.

Tera EU was complete [filtered] 2 years ago. But i believe it's not the case anymore.

if you want the mundane grind of mwa and feedstock to be longer go eu. They think this makes their server "harder". Ignoring the fact u farm vm in ghilliglade and can use combat accelerator to reach absurd damage levels seen in no other tera version, yh really hard.

EU Player here i can say u the difference:

It is true that semi enigmatic scrolls are expensive compared to eu. But EU inst pay to win and dont listen to the cry baby who want everything on a silver plate.

We get some token whcih calls Elleon Token of Valor where u can exange to follow tiems:

Token Item

4 Bravery Potion
5 Crystalbox
12 Complete Crystalbind
14 Veteran semi (not tradeable
18 Normale semi ( like u have tradeable)

5 Big Head 1 Day

Its pretty fine

These Token drops on every lvl65 Dungeon and everybody get the same amount... for example
DSF22: 36 Token +100 MWA + Chance on Libeartion + Chance of Smart Dyad Structure ( The yellow one ) + Ticket for Uppers and chance for flying smolder

SSHM : 18 Tokens
SSNM/ABHM/DFHM : 10 Token
ABNM/DFNM and all other 65 Dungeon: 4 Token

About the Combat Acc Potion.

It gives Huge Manareg and 20% CDR ( stacks with nostrum) but if u die u cant use Nostrum ( u need do use nostrun and then Acc Potion.

This Potion has a low chance to drop in GG

GG in EU

Elite Member have every day one Darkans Flame.
U can open a special Box from GG ( Banyakas Treasure Chest 50% drop chance) with this flame
This box grants. 1 to 3 Goddes Tear 5 to 25 MWA 5 to 50 Fashion Cuppons 2 to 3 Goldfinger tokens and ONE RANDOM Reward

Random rewards:
1 to 5 additional Goddes Tear
15 to 25 Titans ember and titan ease ( u get both)

EU is just "harder" to enchant gear to +15 cause mwa cost 100g each .. but i doesnt mean it is pay to win.

All ex Eu player who said that are cry babies who cant get everything on Day 1... These people are normaly this player who cry for new content.

All of my friend enchant their gear to +15 ( all 4 pieces) without spent TT ( Tera Thaler = EMP) only with Tera Club = Elite

at the first moment i looks expensive but keep in Mind ... expensive items mean u can make a shitload of gold if u dont need them so.

1000g is compared to 10000g on EU

Nice Costumes cost around 80 to 150k on release. Some costume are very cheap.

U can make 50k gold/day easily so dont listen to the "crybaby" who dont have any clue between both Version.. This are people who only wants everyting on silver plate and want to stay afk in Highwatch for 4 month and cry for new content.

I dont insult NA player... I only mean the EU refugees who mean that GF is very Evil ..... There a plenty of other publisher who are pay to win.

We drop Keen Mote at 10% which means easy IoD
We get double credit and the ilvl are adjusted

u can do Nagas Giants and Hyderaths with a ilvl of 402 ( dreadknaught) instead of 409

Dungeons:
SSNM DFHM WHHM DS LOWER are adjustet to ilvl 402 instead of 409
Manglemire and SSHM are adjuste to ilvl 409 instead of 414

and btw we have double credits on Dungeon too.
for example We get 160vg for DS Lower ( with boost 320 ) and 240 for SSHM

I am from EU and i would rather play on NA with 160ms rather than to play on EU with 30ms ...

And the difference is that one of the companies is in "only" for the profit while the other is much more reasonable with us the plebs ^^

Just play it yourself and then decide. TERA EU is decent. Theres like its not too fast but it isnt to slow. Just a middle thing. I never spent Real money only for elite and just can easily enchant my alts and my main.

It is no difference .. Only RNG decide if u get +15 or not. RNG in NA is same sh*t as EU. No difference. U can get +15 with 2k MWA or never reach +15 with 30k MWA.

If EU player says : NA = Easy Mode then they didnt mean it is easy Dungeon wise. They mean it is only easy to gather and buy Enchantment stuff and +15 it. Yes we have this broken seals or Combat but this is only luxus and only for speedrun/crusade.

For the broken seal. Maybe 3 people on each server have maybe more then 10 of them... U only use it for GG for Double loot nothing else .

If people mean EU is p2w they dont habe any clue about real p2w. We just get Perm reputation last month ... YOur elite is more OP like ours. We had only 3hr Rep boost and 3hr Exp boost ... No daily reset scroll.

Compare EU Elite vs NA Elite (before last change) and now what looks like more p2w ? Right your, cause u have everful nostrum ( you bypass Goldsink) we not.

I respect both NA and EU player, but i hate people who only like. like Combat gives u 80% cdr mana regen and atkspeed and dmg.. [filtered]... Just inform u right before u trashtalk.

Btw we can buy MWA Box from IoD Token ( mid and high) for 60 Token. We have every day double KS and BC Event in Bgs .. and some days we have 3x credits or even winner team gets every round jackpot.

We run a feedstock event where we get 15 T10 and 20 T9 in every 65 dungeon. GF is not that bad like two years ago. WE cant buy MWA direct per shop only through strongbox keys like NA. Our RNG box from shop contains most of the time 7day costume or goddes infusion .. not like NA where u get MWA SEMI Spellbinds and other stuff ... so infact which shop gives more Enchantment Materials .. right NA Shop.

We dont have this Creditsshop with OP reward ( this one where u get darkan wings) I can post ur my Character screen of all my character and my Purchase history of the shop > 0 purchases and still have my gear .. so where is EU pay to win?

Just download it or whatch some EU streamer. Eu is just "small" beacuse GF didnt put TERA on Steam like NA.

I have read the forum and you get a server merge too like EU ? Why because NA is p2w ? No because the content itself sucks because BHS only can Copy Pasterino...
