How is the new server merge gonna work?

Will you guys open free transfers to go to the server or will all the characters that were on VoT/LoT/HW be put on their beforehand? If you do open the server transfers for free, will you close server transfers to the servers that people actually want to go to or can everyone transfer anywhere?

    Treeshark said he'd explain the decision next week and that there would eventually be FAQs to explain all the details, so for now we just have to wait for the announcements. That said, I doubt very much that there will be free transfers to every server. It would be counterproductive to the merger if everyone just decides to move to TR/MT.
