We're all aware that in some BGs you can be instantly outfitted with EQ gear if you are below x ilvl.

So my question here is, would it be possible to do the reverse in the long term future?

I.e. +15 reverts to 12.

    not needed since conflate +12 basically becomes BIS next patch.
