I believe that is near the Labyrinth of Terror entrance. I was on my Warrior and then ended up walking in the sky, but then fell all the way down and died in the lava. That's what I saw down there.
But that's kinda it, the other places in Baldera arent that interesting
Also, theres a big empty place right after the main city
If you want to climb those mountains theres a nice view of Fyrmount
And if you want to jump down to see what happens then dont bother xD
If you jump, you obviously die, and theres nothing interesting in there except for the bright light that makes your character's makeup op XD
