Reward credits lost

Have you noticed your rewards credits are lost when you gather them from item claim? I have a BIG 1 above my toon near my badge. And I had 300 reward credits in item claim. So I finally, after all thise time decided to claim them. It said I had 1700 or some such days left. So I claimed the 3 items of 100 reward credits each. And Nothing. Still 1. Logged out and back in. Nothing. Apparently lost them all.
Presumably those reward credits were for $$$ I spent ages ago in the store to buy mounts and bank slots or some such. And I was supposed to get retro credit for them. But nada. Good going EME for not testing that out.
But they aren't good for much anyway, are they? Have to have like 1000 of them to get the smallest item?
Sigh. Another failed attempt at loyalty rewards.
Glad I don't care.

    Those are reward credits not points, only points count towards your level.

    Sorry. I have no idea what you just said. Do you have a reference page on that? Do I need to use an Enigmatic scroll or something to turn credits into points? Or masterwork the feedstock and use a alkahest on it, or something? [Sarcasm intended]

    See this right here was why I hesitated initially to reply, and why i'm sure the other 80 people who have read this so far and haven't left a reply. I wasn't saying it as a knock on you, I was just saying it in case you honestly weren't aware of the difference(Some people still don't know this). So there was no need to get so bloody snippy and and be an [filtered] about it.

    Sorry. I wasn't being snippy or sarcastic toward you or your comment, but toward the continuing and excessive loyalty reward schemes that BH or EME keep coming up with. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
