Forsaken Title is MISSING

^Title says it all

Was doing a 77th run for someone and the achievement isn't there anymore unless you got it prior to this weekend. Is this a bug?

Edit 1: Achievo has been moved from dungeons to Legacy Achievements->Prestige. Perhaps this is causing it to be unobtainable?

    Check the achievement number. I had an issue like that for TSHM, I got the 100 clear but the achievement said i needed 5 more

    This achievement has always been in Special -Prestige listing, and not under Dungeons. (At least as far as I remember) This is to not have it included in the Laurel calculations, all the Title ones have always been this way.

    However, from what I've seen in the Test Server, the new 100 clear one is in dungeons. That can change of course when we get it on the real server.

    You need to check the achievement progress itself, don't rely on dungeon clears in your dungeon tab. Sometimes for whatever reason some runs glitch do not count towards the achievement. (The dungeon tab may say you have 77 clears, but sometimes the achievement may say that you are 2-3 runs short).
