Minor crystal leveling up question

This is just for clarification. Considering the high crit rate of avatar weapons, is it worth using a carving crystal at all or just stick to pounding. Not using back crit crystals as a) bosses die to fast for positioning, and b) tanks aren't given time or don't know how to position anyway.

    No point at all to use carving with ava weapons. Use back crit or pounding.

    Carving is useless with avatar weapons. For levels 1-20, pounding all the way, though having no crystals at all won't give you much different results as even the rare white damage avatar weapons dish is enough to one shot stuff. For anything after level 40, where even normal mobs begin to enrage, I add a focused.

    Yeah, figured carving wouldn't make much difference, but thought I'd make sure. Never noticed the mobs enraging, but then they die pretty quick even in the 50-60 range. Maybe I'll try the focused.

    positioning helps a lot
