[Mystic] Add effects to a better show of auras on the buffbar

It is not often obvious and fast to check our auras on the group members, it could be useful to add something for a better pull of our eyes.


Most useful suggestion (from Nopi):

Add a permanent circle around the Mystic, which is visible by the other people also.
Add an option to disable the circle visibility.
Really be careful for the loss of Frame Per Second, be greedy as less as possible.


Other suggestion:
The current turning squares (in other words, the highlighting) on our skillbar could be useful to the buffbar.

    Not sure which would be actually easier to make. Either what you said, or just slap a circle around your mystic that tells the reach of your aura so you know where the aura is exactly.

    Please use the animation on the buff bar icon and DON"T use the visible aoe buff around the mystic. Laggy people have enough trouble with sorcerer ice and reaper anything and mystic healing totems making them even laggier. Don't add this to the mix.
