TERA Store/Welcome Message Unaccessable

All right, I noticed that recently that this is a common post, and none having a good solution, so I'm going to try to explain the problem...

I have three accounts that get used on the main family desktop, 2/3 accounts on the desktop can access the TERA Store/Welcome Message, but 1/3 cannot. The desktop files used the Repair Tool, Removed all Files + Fresh Install, and made sure there was no mods on this game file. I also have a personal laptop that has another Fresh Install of TERA, where 2/3 accounts can access the TERA Store/Welcome Message, but 1/3 cannot, the same one that can't access it on my desktop. I've contacted a GM in the past, and told me it should be fixed with a fresh install, once doing that on both PCs, it was the same results.

My account, the 1/3, cannot access these windows, the TERA Store will not open, and the Welcome Message will crash after multiple attempts with (ffff:ffff). I've contacted them again about this problem, but there is a 2~3 day wait time. I'm starting to think it might be with my account in general, since all others work on the same game files... Does anyone know how I can fix this? Any config files I can use?
It's not just my account with this problem, I've seen many people post here with this problem.

I already know to buy items from their site, and how to access the potion shack event via URL. I just want to know there is a way I can fix this on my own and be able to help the other players with this problem.

This post was requested to be made for not just me, but multiple people who got the same answer in their ticket.
Edit: * It's only my account at my home, and it effects me on all servers. Other players have this same problem.

  • Keep your TERA Launcher open while in-game and your welcome message should work.

    ^ Once you close the launcher that you used to open x account, that account will loose the ability to launch the in-game Welcome Message.

    I always have the launcher up and running 24/7 with the same account I play the game with. I still have the same problem. I can try seeing if any files on the launcher that could be corrupted... but otherwise even with it open as I play it still doesn't work. :confused:

    Can never actually say i had a problem opening the welcome message unless the launcher was closed.
    Maybe there is a time-frame? I honestly couldn't tell you personally. Good luck trying to figure that one out.

    I can update the windows time sync when I get home, but the fact 2 other accounts can get TERA Store/Welcome Message and my account cannot, shows that it might not be a launcher/client problem. Thanks anyway though. :smile:
  • the only other thing i could say is maybe a popup blocker or vpn program is blocking your way into the store but that doesnt explain why you can use the shop on all other accounts ...
