MJ request after mongo drops.
Hi there,
I loved the Mongo event, i spent hours hunting them, in a lot of regions. But like others have said on this forum, a lot of them were bugged (in the walls, under the floor, or too high to do anything).
But there was this one time, the Mongo was not on the floor, but a bit higher in the air, but i managed to kill it with my ranged skill, and it dropped a +16 crit innerwear, and the loot was just near the Mongo : in the air...
I tried everything to pick it up, even my autoloot pet didn't manage to take it...
So i listened to my guildmates, and i made a support ticket.
I just had the response today, and the GM told me that he couldn't give it back to me, because there was no proof that i killed the mob that dropped it...
I'm so disappointed, i spent a lot of time hunting Mongos, I was so happy when i saw it drop.
I just find disgusting that because of a bugged spawn, i can't have my loot back, especially after all the time i spent hunting Mongos. Its frustrating to see bugged mongos you can't kill, but its even more frustrating to kill it and not being able to pick up the drop, especially when its a +16 innerwear.
Maybe Spacecats can do something ?

FYI not much can be done about Mongos spawning in weird locations. It's just something unfortunate that happens when the game spawns monsters randomly. If I can find out before the next TERA Mongo event which areas are more prone to this happening, I think it would be fair to increase the overall Mongo count to compensate for the ones that inevitably get stuck. That's the best solution I've been able to think of.
